Most security brands sell you hardware at a discount and then charge you every month to watch back footage your own camera recorded. Over five years the subscription usually costs more than the equipment did.
Every ORISVERA system records to a microSD card or a recorder inside your house. There is no ORISVERA subscription, no storage tier, and no feature that stops working if you stop paying — because there is nothing to pay.
With most brands, video of the inside of your house leaves your property, travels to a company server, and is held there. You rent access to it. If you stop paying, you lose it.
ORISVERA systems write to a card in the camera or a recorder on your shelf. The footage never leaves your house unless you send it somewhere. If this company vanished tomorrow, your system would keep recording exactly as it does today.
1. Mount it. Wireless cameras and sensors go up with a bracket or adhesive pad. No drilling into brick, no electrician.
2. Connect it. Pair to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi from the app. Alerts start arriving straight away.
3. That's it. No account tier to choose, no card on file, no trial that expires into a bill.
Wired NVR systems take longer and involve running cable — we say so plainly on each product page rather than after you've bought.
Correct. ORISVERA does not sell a storage plan or a monitoring plan, and no feature on any product is locked behind one. Footage is saved to a microSD card or an included recorder. The only ongoing cost is a card if your system needs one, bought once.
Your system keeps recording. Storage is physically inside your home, so nothing depends on our servers staying online. This is the practical difference between local storage and cloud storage, and it is the main reason to choose it.
No. These are self-monitored systems. Alerts go to your phone and you decide what to do. If you want a service that dispatches emergency responders on your behalf, you need a monitored alarm contract, which is a different product from a different kind of company.
Shipping is free on every order. We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates, fulfilled from within the US. Taxes are included in the price you see, so nothing is added at checkout.
Wireless products connect to a 2.4 GHz network, which nearly every home router provides alongside 5 GHz. If your router hides the 2.4 GHz band you may need to enable it in your router settings before pairing.
