These terms govern your use of orisvera.com and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

ESIM4HOLIDAY LLC, doing business as ORISVERA, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming with its principal office at 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Suite 5521, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

What our products are and are not

ORISVERA sells self-monitored home security equipment to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates. Our systems send alerts to your smartphone. They do not summon police, fire, or medical services, and we do not provide monitoring, dispatch, or emergency response of any kind. If you require professional dispatch, you need a monitored alarm service from a licensed alarm company in your country.

No security product prevents crime or guarantees safety. Cameras, sensors, and alarms are deterrents and recording tools. They depend on power, network connectivity, correct installation, and correct configuration, and any of these can fail.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, specifications, or other content are error-free.

Your responsibilities when recording

Laws governing video and audio recording vary by country, state, and locality. Some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties before recording audio. You are responsible for installing and using our products lawfully, including where you point cameras and whether you record sound.

Do not use our products to record areas where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, or to harass, stalk, or surveil anyone unlawfully.

Network, storage, and data

Our systems record to local storage — a microSD card in the device or a recorder in your home. You are responsible for supplying, maintaining, and safeguarding that storage, and for retrieving footage from it.

We do not host your footage and cannot recover it if a card fails, is stolen, is overwritten, or is destroyed.

Some products connect through third-party mobile applications and cloud services operated by the device manufacturer. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their continued availability is not within our control.

Orders and pricing

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unusual purchase patterns. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and displayed in your local currency where supported. All applicable taxes are included in the price shown, and nothing further is added at checkout.

Shipping is free on every order. Import duties on international orders are calculated and paid at checkout and included in the price you see, so your parcel is not held for payment on arrival.

Prices may change without notice. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, the ORISVERA name and marks, and page design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it systematically, or resell our products without written authorisation.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express limited warranty we provide, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including property loss, theft, or damage occurring while a product was installed.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or products, including claims arising from how you install or use recording equipment.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

You and ORISVERA agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing in this section removes those rights or your ability to bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows it.
