ORISVERA is operated by ESIM4HOLIDAY LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you place an order: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments and our payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

When you contact us or subscribe: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

What we do not collect

We never receive, store, or have access to video or audio recorded by your ORISVERA devices. Footage is written to local storage in your home. It does not pass through our servers, and we cannot retrieve, view, or share it.

Some products connect through a third-party mobile application operated by the device manufacturer. If you create an account in that application, the manufacturer collects information under its own privacy policy, which is separate from this one. Review it before creating an account.

Why we use it

To process and ship your order, handle returns and warranty claims, answer support requests, send order updates, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only if you opted in — send marketing email.

Who we share it with

Service providers who need it to do their job: Shopify (our store and checkout platform), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, customs brokers, our email platform, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

We also share information where required by law, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for essential store functions (cart, checkout, login), analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will break checkout.

We use advertising pixels, including Google, which may set cookies and allow those platforms to recognise you across sites.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of marketing; to opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your data; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Marketing email

Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us. Transactional messages about an order you placed will still be sent.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and fulfil all orders from within the United States. If you order from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or the United Arab Emirates, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Data protection law in those countries may differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including standard contractual clauses with our service providers.

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
